UK Delivery

We use prioritised business services for our shipments, offering fully tracked and insured delivery on all orders:

 

Small items under 2KG in weight (Single pair of shoes/sandles/smaller boots)

 

- £2.95 GBP - Royal Mail Business Postal Service, Small Parcel Tracked 48 hour. Allow 2/3 days from dispatch from our UK offices (*After 4-7 days from USA)

 

Larger/heavier items over 2KG in weight or multi-item orders (Single pair of large/heavy shoes/boots, or multiple items)

 

- £4.95 GBP - Royal Mail Business Postal Service, Medium Parcel Tracked 48 hour. Allow 2/3 days from dispatch from our UK offices (*After 4-7 days from USA)

 

*Note: the checkout shipment weight can occasionally be calculated heavier than the real-world weight. If you have paid for larger/heavier item, but dispatch are able to ship as a small parcel, we will refund you the difference.

 

Tracking information provide. No signature required. Parcels will not be left outside. If undelivered item will be held at local Royal Mail collection office, with options to pick up from collection office, post office or arrange re-delivery

If you require a special UK dispatch (next-day, pre-12am or 9am, Saturday service or prefer courier delivery), please feel free to contact us to discuss alternative shipping options.

Order & Delivery Tracking

We will email you with status updates as your order progresses.

Once your order is out for delivery we will provide a tracking reference, so you can track the delivery to your door.

 

 

 

Discreet Packaging & Financial Statements

You delivery is shipped in plain packaging. Inside the packaging will be a delivery note with the name and logo of skyhighshoes.co.uk and details of the products shipped.

Your receipt for your order with be emailed to the billing contact email address from the sender address help@skyhighshoes.co.uk. The email contains the skyhighshoes.co.uk name and logo and contains product details and prices of your order items.

Credit/debit card transactions and Paypal transactions will show a payment to ARENGA TRADING

PLEASE NOTE: Credit agreements arranged, and transactions appearing through the KLARNA payment system will make reference to the Sky High Shoes name and brand logo in the Klana website,  statements, email correspondence and mobile application. Unfortunately we cannot provide brand discrection with Klarna payments 

 

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

 

FREE returns of faulty item, item not as described/pictured or incorrect item sent (UK, Europe and worldwide)

In the event of manufacturing defect, item not as described/pictured or an incorrect item has been sent,  we offer FREE product returns including return postage for UK, European and Worldwide customers.

Our returns service includes:

  • FREE returns for faulty or incorrect items sent
  • Hassle-free arrangements by live-chat, email
  • Return labels can be provided
  • Prompt refunds on receipt of returned goods.

 

Returns for unwanted items (UK orders only)

We accept returns for unwanted items. For example, you are not happy with the style or incorrect fit. We do not charge you a re-stocking fee. All returns are back to our UK office (not back to USA).

We ask that you arrange and pay for return shipping of unwanted items. We will issue your refund once the item arrives back to us and has been checked for 'as new condition'.

 

 

 

Returns for unwanted items (European and worldwide orders)

We accept returns for unwanted items from Europe and Worldwide. For example, you are not happy with the style or fit. We do not charge you a re-stocking fee, but we do ask that you cover the cost of international return shipping. All returns are back to our UK depot (not back to USA).

For European and worldwide customers, we ask you please review your international shipping costs from your home country for returns. We can try to assist where possible.

 

 

 

Returns process

Should you wish to arrange a return please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email, live-chat with your order number to arrange your return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.

Please ensure your product is carefully re-packaged in the original shoe box with all original accessories, and suitable protective packaging for return. 

 

UK Customers:

For faulty or unwanted items - We will provide a pre-paid returns label to attach to your return parcel.

 

European/Worldwide Customers:

For faulty items - Please agree with us and arrange your preferred return shipping option/price. We will refund you the return shipping cost.

For unwanted items - Please agree with us and arrange your preferred return shipping option/price. Please cover the return shipping cost personally. 

 

Once the item is returned we can either arrange to send a replacement product should the original be defective, or arrange a refund for your order to your original credit/debit card or Paypal account.
