Online payments are easy and secure with our industry leading payment gateway service STRIPE. You can also make payment from your PAYPAL account. We do not hold your credit card information on our e-commerce systems.

We do ask you to register on our store before you make a purchase. As a registered customer you benefit from services under My Account such as Order History, and the ability to request and track Return Requests (RMAs) online. As a registered customer you can also benefit from reward points and future promotional offers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards.

SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)

Our payment gateway is fully compliant with SCA (Strong Customer Authentication). Introduced from 14 September 2019 by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on behalf of the EU. These changes will affect the way you pay for products online from any retailer. To help prevent fraud extra security checks will be made when you pay online. These checks are applied randomly by your card issuer. When making a purchase you may be asked for a one-off code which your card issuer will send to your smartphone.

Your shoes or boots are ordered in especially for you from the manufacturer. Look forward to receiving brand new stock in beautiful original box packaging, and included with some styles, a protective bag with brand logo.

Your Order - How does it work?

We do not hold stock in our own warehouse. Instead we operate a just-in-time stock inventory with real-time product availability from the USA manufacturer. 

The benefits to you:

• We can offer you a complete and current product catalogue including brand new styles, with live manufacturer availability

• You don't need to worry about import duty and VAT or your order being held at customs. We handle all this for you. The price you pay on our website is the total price. No unexpected import fees to pay later.

With just-in-time stock your order time will be a little longer, but not much, as we fulfil your order on-demand directly from the manufacturer in the USA, before checking and dispatching from our UK depot.

We provide delivery estimates on the product pages of our website, and also Email and SMS notifications throughout your order to keep you updated. Our friendly and helpful team are also available on live-chat or email should you have any enquires.
